Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNBody website, user panel and subscription service. It explains what data is needed to operate the service, why it is used and how it is handled. Account and order information is separate from network activity; these are addressed separately below, and billing records are not described as browsing records.
Account and Order Information
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. This service processes usernames, credentials used to verify passwords and account status to authenticate users, deliver subscriptions and manage accounts. Providing an email address is not a condition of registration.
Order processing involves the selected plan, order amount, payment method, transaction status and refund records. Subscription management also requires records of available data, cumulative usage and validity status to calculate plan entitlements. This information is used to fulfill orders, verify payments and handle after-sales support; it is not used to build user browsing preferences.
When you submit a support ticket, your issue description and any diagnostic information you choose to include are used for troubleshooting. Do not provide passwords, full subscription links or sensitive payment credentials. Before sharing screenshots, conceal information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNBody does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history or content, or retain DNS queries made through subscription connections. It also does not keep connection logs that link an account to its destination websites.
While a connection is active, session state needed for forwarding is used only to maintain current communications. After the connection ends, this state is not retained as a historical connection log. Cumulative usage and subscription status used for billing do not include a list of destination websites.
Necessary operational records generated by the website and user panel for login security and order processing are handled separately from browsing activity on subscription routes. Troubleshooting primarily relies on service status and error information users choose to submit; browsing content is not recorded as a troubleshooting method.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and button usage so we can improve content and user flows. Analytics cover activity on website pages, not visits to other websites through subscription connections. Do not submit passwords or subscription credentials to analytics features.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Login tokens represent account access rights and should be protected. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to log in again and restore your preferences, but this does not also delete account or order records stored on the server.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the third-party provider you select, and that provider's privacy policy governs its data handling. VPNBody receives the transaction reference, amount and payment result needed to verify an order. You are not required to provide your third-party payment account password on this site.
Related data is processed or shared only as necessary to deliver the service, process payments or refunds, troubleshoot issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Requests for data made under applicable law are handled after their legal basis and scope have been reviewed. This service does not sell account information.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. Website analytics and security operation records are kept only for as long as their respective purposes require, then deleted or de-identified. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose; there is no single retention period for all information.
Log in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are processed after account ownership is verified, and the scope is explained. Deleting an account may prevent continued use of a subscription. Deletion may be limited for order disputes that are still being handled or records that must be retained by law. Information in backups is cleared as backups are rotated and is not used to resume routine processing that has ended.
Policy Updates and Questions
Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Where the law requires separate consent, the relevant details will be provided before that processing begins.
If you have questions about this policy or data handling, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel. Rules for subscription use and refunds are set out in the Terms of Service. In your message, identify the page or action involved and avoid including unnecessary personal information.
